Project Name: Luanda Science and Technology Park

Location: Luanda, adjacent to the Faculty of Social Sciences of the Agostinho Neto University

Project Description and Objectives: In addition to renovating existing buildings, this technology support infrastructure project will focus on the renovation of the National Scientific Research Center (CNRS). Nine buildings will be constructed to house the Science and Technology Park’s administration, business incubators, research centers, and integrated businesses, as well as a library, a 250-seat auditorium, offices, a restaurant, commercial areas, and a greenhouse.

The Menred product line adheres to the project’s low-carbon, green building philosophy, contributing to the comfort and well-being of the public indoor environment and achieving energy savings of over 30%.

The park aims to promote intellectual property activities and scientific and technological development in Angola. The project will focus on a variety of technologies, aiming to improve the national research, development, and innovation ecosystem, and promote economic diversification and socioeconomic growth.
