The project comprised 50 apartments across 6 layouts (40–80m²), spanning five floors from basement to third. Each unit needed to meet UK building regulations and high energy efficiency standards.

Our solution: one S5 ERV per flat, paired with a CLS HD Touchscreen Controller and RS485 Air Quality Sensors . The basement's restricted ceiling height posed a challenge, so we specified the compact wall-mounted G3 unit , which—while maintaining strong performance—occupies just 110mm of ceiling space . It was the perfect fit.

Outcome: successful delivery, with every resident now enjoying healthy fresh air and a low-carbon lifestyle.

From initial consultation to full installation, we delivered a tailored ventilation solution.
